- Floor Care: sweep, mop, vacuum, clean, grind, polish, refinish, coating application etc.
- Equipment: clean and disinfect equipment, operate equipment
- Chemicals: knowledge of chemicals, cleaners and sealers

All candidates must be able to meet the following physical demands:
- Walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Bend and kneel down
